1. Email: Fill in the form below and click on the "Submit" button. Book(s) will be shipped the next business day by USPS Priority Mail, along with an invoice and self-addressed stamped envelope. Please return your check promptly! I am not set up to accept payment by credit card because credit card companies take a huge chunk out of the meager profits of a small business.

2. Snail Mail: Fill in the information on the form below, print it and send it with your check (or just send a note with the pertinent information and a check) to: Deerfoot Publications, 9 Lubberland Drive, Newmarket, NH, 01857 (new address). We will ship the book(s) the next business day.

Outside the U.S.A.: For book orders going to addresses in Canada or any other country, the shipping charge is U.S. $15.00 for USPS Global Priority Mail. Sorry about this high cost, but using first class or small packet mail can delay books by as much as a month. Payment must be made in advance in U.S. funds.
